UI Designer
Overview
As a UI Designer at RGI, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual consistency of our insurance platforms.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, and domain experts to transform complex insurance processes into intuitive, modern, and efficient user interfaces.
This is a role for someone who combines strong design expertise with a practical understanding of enterprise software environments and enjoys collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex enterprise workflows, including policy administration, claims management, document handling, and reporting dashboards
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs throughout the product lifecycle
- Build, maintain, and evolve a shared design system and component library aligned with brand, usability, and accessibility standards
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Business Analysis,
and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective user experiences
- Support developers during implementation, ensuring design consistency and quality through design reviews and QA activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of usability standards, interaction patterns, and user experience best practices
- Promote a user-centered design approach across product and delivery teams
Professional Experience

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
- Proven experience designing complex business applications and data-intensive user interfaces
- Experience working within cross-functional product development teams
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is considered a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating enterprise-grade software products and end-to-end design projects
