HSE Manager / RSPP – ACEF, Fiorenzuola D’Arda, Italy.
Position Summary
Responsible for managing occupational health, safety, and environmental processes according to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Legislative Decree 81/08.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on site.
- Conduct risk analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for employees.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and support emergency management processes.
- Promote a culture of health, safety, and environment across the site.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (environmental, chemical, or petrochemical fields) or an equivalent diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience as RSPP or ASPP, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Training in accordance with art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08.




- Good command of English preferred.
- Proactive, analytical, and strong communication skills.
