Clara is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer — ClarOps to lead backend initiatives and ensure scalable services that power Clara’s AI-enabled platform. You will architect and own critical systems, collaborate across teams, and push improvements end-to-end in a fast-paced, international environment.
You’ll leverage Java, Spring Boot and Kafka, work with AWS and modern tooling, and bring an ownership mindset. Fluency in English and a passion for AI are essential.
