Role Summary
Marex is seeking a high-calibre Business Management / COO Support professional to support the strategic development,
governance and operational delivery of its Italian and wider European FX Investment Services and Payments businesses.
This front-office aligned role will work closely with the Italian business, London-based Group functions, and business stakeholders in Spain and France to support growth, strategic delivery, operational efficiency, regulatory readiness and the adoption of Group technology, products and services across the European platform.
A primary focus of the role is to act as a bridge between the business and the wider Group, coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives across technology development, product rollout, service enhancements and process change. The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to influence senior audiences, and a proven track record of delivering business change in a regulated European financial services environment.
