We are currently seeking experienced Cooks and Chefs in Italy , with a particular focus on candidates based in Turin, Italy who are interested in pursuing employment opportunities in Canada.
Eligible candidates may be able to explore the International Experience Canada (IEC) – Young Professionals pathway.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes, quality standards,
and presentation requirements.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, hot and cold dishes, and other menu items as required.
- Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workstation.
- Work effectively during high-volume service periods.
- Coordinate with chefs, kitchen team members, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with inventory, food preparation, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste.
- Follow employer-specific procedures and culinary standards.
- Must be an Italian citizen and hold a valid Italian passport.
- Ideally currently residing in Turin, Aosta, or elsewhere in Italy .
- Relevant professional experience as a Cook, Chef, Commis Chef, Line Cook, Sous Chef, or similar culinary position.
- Culinary education or professional training
