In our mechanical engineering sector we develop innovative machinery for rebar processing in close cooperation with every customer. The successful implementation of the projects is based on qualified consulting, technical know-how as well as professional installation, on-site training and ongoing customer support.
Your Responsibilities
- You plan and coordinate maintenance, repair and training assignments carried out by our service technicians directly at customer sites
- You build, maintain and further develop our network of external service technicians
- You work closely with our hotline,



spare parts and production teams to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of field service operations
- You identify quality-related issues and ensure they are communicated to the relevant departments for follow-up

Your Skills
- Completed training in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics or a related field
- Good knowledge of the German and English language
