Experteer OverviewIn this role you will manage a portfolio of mid‑sized, fast‑growth merchants, driving commercial growth and ensuring a standout customer experience. You will collaborate across a pool of Account Managers to expand relationships, tackle cross‑functional initiatives, and leverage data to inform decisions. This position offers exposure to the global payments landscape and opportunities to impact multiple industries from Milan. You will help scale Adyen’s relationships with top brands while developing your own product and market expertise.

- Collaborate with fellow Account Managers across a broad range of industries
- Rampen and grow customer accounts focusing on commercial growth, satisfaction, and churn reduction
- Lead and participate in commercial discussions to meet strategic/financial targets
- Prioritize and manage short‑ and long‑term projects across multiple accounts with internal support as needed
- Engage in analytical conversations about payments and use data to inform decisions
- Act as a feedback loop by communicating customer insights internally
Responsabilità
- 2–5 years of full‑time, client‑facing commercial experience
- Experience xysqume in account management, consulting, or payments industry from a merchant perspective (premio if in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services)
- Based in Milan with hybrid work arrangement (not remote‑only)
- Proficient in Italian and English (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
