Role: Business Development Officer Salary: Depending on Experience Location: Southampton, Milan, or Madrid (hybrid - minimum 3 days in the office) This role will require an individual who will proactively engage and convert hot new business leads. They will conduct quality customer conversations to fact find and understand their needs and upsell and cross-sell solutions. The successful Business Development Officer will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills as well as strong commercial acumen to proactively engage and drive new business opportunities. Business Development Office, the role Serve as the main point of contact, providing tailored services and ensuring compliance. Proactively handle all service inquiries, converting them into new opportunities. Grow revenue by cross-selling services, engaging new clients, and meeting monthly/quarterly/yearly KPIs. Assist in maintaining partner relationships via organising events and managing network groups.
