This role ensures the reliable, safe, and efficient transport of hydrocarbons through subsea and top-side networks by monitoring the EPC contractors studies and validating compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and international standards. General Description of Role and Responsibilities [ but not limited to ]:

Serve as PMC focal point for flow assurance design and verification activities across all project phases (FEED, EPC, commissioning). Review and approve steady-state and transient flow assurance studies conducted by EPC contractors. Evaluate production system performance, pressure-temperature envelopes, and flow regime predictions. Verify pipeline and riser sizing, insulation, and heating system design for safe operability under all scenarios. Assess hydrate, wax, asphaltene, corrosion, and erosion risks and validate mitigation strategies. Review and comment on PFDs, P&IDs;, and process control logic to ensure operability and flow assurance integration. Participate in technical reviews (HAZID, HAZOP, PSSR, Model Reviews, FAT/SAT) ensuring flow assurance issues are resolved.
