Manufacturing Sciences, Process Scientist IIIn this Process Scientist II role, you will drive the development, optimization and transfer of sterile injectable manufacturing processes into cGMP suites at the Monza site. You collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable processes for clinical and small-scale commercial products. You lead technical investigations and risk assessments to ensure compliant manufacturing, contributing to life-changing medicines. This role combines scientific leadership with hands-on process execution in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Define, develop and optimize manufacturing processes for sterile injectables based on product knowledge and QTPP
- Prepare and review technical docs (manufacturing instructions, study protocols, technical reports, FMEA, GAP analyses)




- Drive technical execution across process development, scale-up, tech transfer and manufacturing activities
- Build strong scientific partnerships with clients and cross-functional teams
- Lead technical investigations and risk assessments to ensure robust processes
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, xysqume Engineering and other teams for project success
- Present scientific data and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Support client meetings, audits and regulatory inspections as process SME
