Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you drive integrated marketing across priority industry verticals and partner ecosystems to fuel business growth. You collaborate with Sales, Business Units and Global Marketing to translate priorities into go-to-market plans and demand generation programs. You'll manage campaigns across digital and physical channels, measure performance, and enable ecosystem partnerships. This position offers the chance to shape marketing for strategic segments in a global tech-enabled environment within Siemens.

- Translate business priorities into targeted go-to-market programs and customer engagement activities
- Run integrated demand generation programs across digital channels, events, ABM,



and industry campaigns
- Support pipeline development through measurable marketing activities aligned with commercial objectives
- Collaborate with Sales and Global Marketing to maximize campaign effectiveness and opportunity development
- Track and optimize marketing performance using KPIs (MQLs, conversion, pipeline, ROI)
- Support co-marketing with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and ecosystem partners
- Share actionable insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes
- Bachelor in Marketing
- 4-5 years in Marketing, preferably B2B technology, industrial, automation, or digital transformation
- Proven experience in demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing xysqume planning, campaign management, and funnel performance
- Familiarity with ABM and channel marketing with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, or strate
