What You Will Do

- Lead the technical/applicational support strategy for France, Iberia and Italy, aligning local market priorities with European technical service goals.
- Manage and develop a team of four technical/scientific associates across Europe, creating focus, clarity and strong collaboration across countries.
- Act as a key member of the country cluster leadership team and collaborate with sales, marketing, technical service, R&D; and customer teams.
- Provide expert technical guidance on Ecolab products,

applications and dispensing equipment to field sales, corporate accounts, distribution partners and customers.
- Support customer opportunities, tenders and roll-outs by translating technical and chemical expertise into clear, value-based recommendations.
- Partner with commercial teams to identify customer needs, performance goals and opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce total cost of ownership and deliver measurable value.
- Build trusted technical relationships at customer sites through meetings, workshops, audits, industry forums and in-field support.
- Lead troubleshooting and complaint support by combining product knowledge, application expertise, sample management and quality processes.
- Coordinate field testing for European innovations and support successful launches through familiarisation trials, refresher training and market implementation support.
