What You Will DoResponsible for the quality of service provided to main customers after product implementation. Formulates and modifies Customer Service Levels Agreements (SLA's) to meet customer expectations and needs. Works closely with other departments to secure customer satisfaction through the awareness and ongoing development of work processes.
