Sales Application Specialist, Microbiology

Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer retention, company and product acceptance
- Perform demonstrations and conduct instrument installations
- Solve customers’ clinical application problems
- Provide training for our customers
- Provide technical applications support to Sales Representatives
- Monitor customer satisfaction targets

Requirements
- Master Degree in Biomedical or equivalent
- Microbiology Master Degree is preferable
- 2+ years clinical laboratory experience or equivalent
- Open to travel up to 85% of the time
- Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Italian
- Able to work autonomously, being a team player
