La DoubleJ is looking for an experienced and passionate Floor Manager with a strong luxury retail background and a natural talent for building meaningful relationships with VIC and high-spending clients.
This role is key in driving the daily performance of the boutique, leading the sales team, elevating client experience and supporting the growth of our most valuable client base. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a client‑centric mindset and a genuine passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, hospitality and performance.
Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience in line with La DoubleJ values and standards.
Support and coach the team in clienteling activities and achievement of commercial objectives.
Monitor boutique performance and identify opportunities to drive business growth.
Organize private appointments, exclusive experiences and events dedicated to key clients.
Partner with Retail Management to implement commercial and customer engagement strategies.
Leverage CRM tools to monitor client activity and support loyalty‑building initiatives.
Deliver an elevated and highly personalized client experience.
Support the team in driving sales performance through exceptional service.
Ensure outstanding after‑sales service and customer care.
Coach, motivate and support team development and performance.
Monitor KPIs and contribute to the achievement of store objectives.
Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Team Leader within luxury fashion or premium retail.
Strong experience managing and developing VIC and high‑spending client relationships.
Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
Results‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer experience.
Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered a plus.
