We are currently seeking talented and detail-oriented individuals for the Italian-Speaking Social Media Content Moderators position in Greece — one of the most exciting and impactful roles available in the social media industry today. Key Responsibilities
- Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content published on social media platforms in Italian, ensuring full compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
- Identify and action harmful, misleading, abusive, or policy-violating content, including hate speech, misinformation, graphic material, and spam, with accuracy and sound judgement.
- Escalate complex or high-priority content moderation cases to senior teams or specialised departments in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of moderation decisions, actions taken, and case outcome
