Description
Within our local offices, you will have the opportunity to develop basic skills to understand the labor market,
becoming passionate about our consultative sales methodologies and actively supporting our research and selection activities aimed at placing candidates with our clients. You will work alongside our sales consultants in commercial prospecting activities, through targeted market research. You will learn the best strategies for mapping and analyzing the territory to identify potential client companies and understand their needs. You will actively participate in analyzing our clients' needs, support the definition and search for candidate profiles, and learn to use innovative techniques and tools, including Artificial Intelligence, to successfully manage the matching between client needs and candidate aspirations. You will develop your analytical and synthesis skills during the CV pre-selection phases and in preparing detailed reports, both descriptive and quantitative.
