We are looking for an Analyst to join the Capital Advisors team, with cross-exposure to various business lines such as Investment Banking Services and Debt Advisory & Brokerage. Responsibilities: The role involves participation in the following activities:
- Support for financial and market analyses related to Capital Advisors department transactions
- Preparation of support materials for processes (teaser, pitch, information memorandum)
- Collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data and benchmarking
- Coordination with other CBRE departments and external consultants
- Support in the execution phases of transactions

What we are looking for:
- Preferably a degree in Economics, Finance
- 1-2 years of previous experience in the real estate sector
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite
- Analytical approach and attention to detail
- Aptitude for team
