Senior Project Manager

XT Novigo, a leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Project Manager to support our clients in identifying and delivering strategic projects, combining strong project management skills, a consulting mindset, and a focus on developing long-term client relationships.
Working closely with Business and IT functions, both internal and on the client side, you will coordinate development, implementation, and evolution projects for our software products and custom solutions.
What will you do?
You will act as the main point of contact for clients throughout all project phases, managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating organizational, functional, and project-related activities. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements, translating them into project solutions in collaboration with Business Analysts and Technical Leaders.
You will oversee project progress by defining timelines, costs, and operational approaches, supporting development, testing,



and solution validation activities. You will also contribute to the preparation of proposals, project offers, and feasibility studies, supporting the growth of assigned accounts by identifying new business needs and opportunities for evolution.
You will play an active role in presales activities and in the development of client relationships, identifying new requirements and transforming them into valuable business initiatives.
