With end-to-end ownership of M&A; initiatives, this role leads the full transaction lifecycle — from strategic target identification to deal execution and post-merger integration — ensuring each acquisition delivers sustainable industrial and financial value.Reporting to the M&A; Manager and working closely with senior leadership, the M&A; Expert acts as a strategic partner to the business, combining financial rigor,
strategic judgment, and strong stakeholder leadership.In particular, you will:Drive the M&A; roadmap, aligned with corporate strategy and long‐term growth priorities.Manage the M&A; process end to end, starting from proactive market scouting and target origination.Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition targets across relevant markets, business models, and technologies.Lead strategic, financial, and business assessments, including valuation, industrial fit, synergies, and risk analysis.Take full ownership of deal execution, coordinating due diligence across legal, financial, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams.Play a key role in negotiations, defining deal structures, terms, and closing conditions.Act as the main point of contact for external advisors (investment banks, consultants, law firms) and internal stakeholders at executive level.Prepare and present investment cases, decision p
