Pininfarina, a leading global design house, has created in its 95 year lifespan some of the most influential and iconic designs in automotive history.
Our project ranges cross from hyper-luxury supercars to new mobility solutions, to trains, aircrafts and boats, serving worldwide established OEMs and start-ups.
We are currently strengthening our team, which today operates in three studios in Italy, China and the United States.

With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a:

Digital Transformation and A.I Specialist

Main activities:
- Design and implement solutions for business process automation and data quality improvement
- Analyze and monitor existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities through digital technologies
- Conduct continuous technological explorations through dissemination networks in hardware and software topics of Information Technology
- Collaborate with various departments to support them in guiding digital transformation

Requirements and skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field




- Proven experience in digital transformation projects and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions. Membership in dissemination and/or technological development networks in the IT field
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
- In-depth knowledge of business processes and optimization methodologies
- Data analysis skills and proficiency in using artificial intelligence and machine learning tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with process automation platforms (RPA) and data analysis tools

Certifications:
- Certifications in digital transformation or artificial intelligence (European Digital Skills Certificate (EDSC), Certified Digital Transformation Professional (CDTP), Certified Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO)
