This position is accountable for selling our products within the allocated country and achieving the assigned sales targets. The role requires strong knowledge of the sales process, with proven capability in prospecting, developing relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective negotiation skills and the ability to present our offerings in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
Promote and sell the Protective Coatings portfolio, aligning solutions with customer needs, Achieve sales targets through proactive business development and effective sales execution, Identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, Plan and execute territory strategies, adapting based on market feedback and performance, Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while developing existing accounts, Manage the full sales cycle:



prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing, Deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and tailored quotations, Leverage events, trade fairs, and presentations to grow the sales pipeline, Collaborate internally and monitor market trends and competitor activity, 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally within the Protective Coatings market in Italy, Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills, Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office, High level of integrity and professionalism, Ability to work effectively from a home office environment, Fluent in Italian (native) and English, Based within the assigned sales territory,
