Riassunto dell'opportunità da parte della Joinrs AI : Hilti offre il programma Finance Track , dedicato a neolaureati in Economia (Finanza) o Ingegneria Gestionale , con un percorso formativo di 30 mesi volto a preparare i candidati a ruoli manageriali in ambito Finance. Il programma include esperienze pratiche in ruoli chiave, progetti strategici, mentoring e formazione continua. Sono previsti un contratto a tempo completo e indeterminato, una RAL di 31.500 € più bonus MBO, oltre a un pacchetto di benefit completo tra cui assicurazioni, auto e telefono aziendale, formazione e opportunità di viaggio.

Il processo di selezione sarà interamente gestito da Hilti.

What You'll do

program – Finance Track is a development program like no other. Over a two-year and half period we’ll prepare you for a managerial career by putting you at the center of our customer-focused business model. It’s fast paced and challenging, but we’ll coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities.

We offer 2 different Finance Track options, each with their own exposure to our customer-focused business model as well as immersing you in the fundamentals of Hilti Finance, alongside strategic project assignments. Each option is split into three main stages of work:
