YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Client Engagement Manager – Europe, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Client Engagement team, helping us leading and elevating the client engagement vision across the region, with a strong focus on strengthening relationships with the Maison’s most valuable clients and accelerating the growth of the top tier of the client pyramid.
Reporting to the Head of Client Engagement & CVM – Europe,
the role will define and drive engagement plan aimed at increasing client loyalty, expanding the base of high-spending and UHNW clients, and reinforcing long-term client value across European markets.
More specifically you will:
Define, in alignment with the Head of department, the client engagement strategy across Europe, with a strong focus on UHNW and top-tier client development, aiming to strengthen loyalty and accelerate the growth of the top tier of the client pyramid.
Develop and oversee highly curated on brand experiences and bespoke engagement initiatives designed to reinforce emotional connection, elevate brand desirability and increase client value.
Lead and coordinate regional Clienteling Managers across European markets, providing strategic direction, guidance and best practices to ensure consistency, excellence and alignment in client engagement and VIC development initiatives ac
