Social Media Content Moderator (Italian/English) Onsite in Thessaloniki, Greece
About the Role
Are you fluent in Italian and English with a passion for social media? We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki . In this role, you will be responsible for moderating social media content to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Working in a 24/7 project , youll help maintain a safe and positive online environment by reviewing user-generated content around the clock.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor, review, and moderate social media content to ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Quickly identify and escalate inappropriate, offensive, or sensitive content.
- Address reported content issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring user safety.
- Maintain high accuracy and follow established processes in content moderation.
- Collaborate with teams to improve moderation policies and provide feedback on platform guidelines.

What We're Looking For :
- Language Skills : Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).




- Work Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in Greece.
- A keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle graphic and sensitive content with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment , including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in social media content moderation or a related role is a plus, but not required.
