The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers within PMO area in the operational management of company projects. This role requires a flexible approach, a strong orientation towards achieving results, and a proactive attitude. you will gain valuable hands-on experience in project management, working closely with experienced professionals to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Work alongside project managers, providing support in coordinating project-related activities, interfacing with key company departments, and drafting/maintaining project documentation. Participate in project meetings with various company stakeholders to define next steps and assign tasks to each department. Assist project managers in monitoring deadlines and preparing reports and dashboards that summarize project progress. Support in updating the project schedule and analyzing the critical path. Continuously monitor project risks (both existing and new), escalating to project managers whenever the acceptance level is not respected. Monitor work progress and identify any deviations from the initial plan and potential bottlenecks. Analyze project costs, identify gaps and deviations, and define actions to be taken.
