We are looking for a curious, proactive person eager to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic environment. Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship:



it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Credit team.

What You'll do

During your internship, you will support the monitoring of performance and day‑to‑day operational activities related to our collaboration with external collection partners. Your work will help ensure smooth coordination between Hilti, our external providers, and our customers. Our goal is to achieve strong collection performance while maintaining excellent customer relationships that support long‑term business growth.

You will have the opportunity to play an active role in several key Credit Management processes, including:
- Weekly updates of customer
