Leading a team of up to 30 people, this role requires a confident and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains composed under pressure, and can successfully manage multiple priorities while inspiring and motivating a dedicated team.Our client is looking for someone who can uphold the highest operational standards, preserve and enhance the value of an impressive property portfolio through refurbishment and restyling projects, and deliver an outstanding experience for UHNW guests.This position would suit someone with experience supporting a UHNWI and managing a prestigious property portfolio, or an individual from a luxury hospitality, estate management, or high-end property background.Main Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of up to 30 house managers, housekeepers, gardeners, decorators, and maintenance staff.



Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with property owners. Continuously review and improve operational standards, introducing new processes and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the properties. Drive improvements across procedures, service standards, KPIs, and software systems while overseeing budgets and P&L; responsibilities. Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standard, delivering exceptional quality and service at all times. Skills and Experience Required A minimum of 15 years' managerial experience within a dynamic, high-end environment, ideally working with UHNWIs. At least 3 years' experience managing and developing teams. Fluent in both Italian and English. Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
