How You’ll Make an Impact
You will support daily production activities, monitor performance, and ensure timely escalation of issues to maintain operational flow. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering,



Supply Chain, and Quality teams to align efforts and ensure smooth operations. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare insightful reports, and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed. Contribute to root cause analysis and engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our processes. Support short-term planning by ensuring alignment between capacity, materials, and schedules to optimize resource utilization. Provide structured data, analysis, and coordination support to Manufacturing leadership, empowering informed decision-making. What You Bring
You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in the Electrical field. You have 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, showcasing your expertise in the field. A strong understanding of production processes is essential, along with an analytical and problem-solving mindset. You possess effective
