Within the Legal, Criminal Law & Corporate Affairs Area, we are looking for a Corporate Affairs Specialist for our Rome office.

The person will be responsible for the following activities:
- support for the corporate management of Italian and foreign companies of the Leonardo Group;
- preparation and/or management of informative notices regarding meetings;
- management activities of the necessary fulfilments (i.e., preparation of proxies for participation in Assemblies, examination/modification of the relevant statutes and/or regulations, preparation of letters of appointment of LDO representatives in the relevant bodies);
- necessary regulatory insights due to the different appli
