Job Description




We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBS Coach - Lean Manufacturing Manager to join our team in Lodi Vecchio, Italy. In this role, you will lead and coach our manufacturing teams in implementing lean principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies aligned with our Continental Business System (CBS) principles
- Coach and train cross-functional teams on lean methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity
- Lead process improvement projects to reduce waste, optimize workflows, and enhance overall operational performance
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Facilitate kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities to drive cultural change and operational excellence
- Collaborate with department managers to implement best practices and standardiz
