The role
We’re looking for a Hospitality Manager to join the team at our Calabiana
Milan campus.
In this role, your mission will be to own the day-to-day campus operations, ensuring high service standards and a seamless member experience.
Responsibilities
Manage opening and closing procedures of the co-working space,



ensuring seamless front desk coverage and high service standards Manage the reception area as the operational hub of the campus, welcoming members, visitors, and partners with warmth and professionalism Handle calls, emails, deliveries, access cards, badges, and daily check-ins, ensuring secure and efficient access management Monitor supplies and maintenance needs, coordinating proactively with external suppliers and vendors Oversee daily service operations, including bookings and equipment setup, with attention to up-selling and member retention Ensure the reception area is organised, functional, and visually welcoming, enhancing warmth and brand identity through seasonal styling Collaborate with the rest of the team on day-to-day challenges to ensure the campus consistently looks, feels, and operates at its best Work closely with the City Lead and rest of the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality campus experience Support on-site events, including guest and speaker reception, acting as a reference point during
