Network Support Specialist

We are looking for Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support services for a leading international retail client across various customer locations. This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity , with assignments allocated based on your geographic location and availability.
Provide onsite IT and network support at customer locations.
Install, configure, and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT equipment.
Perform hardware upgrades, maintenance, and break/fix support.
Complete service reports and update support tickets after each onsite intervention.
Collaborate with remote support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Minimum 2 years of experience in onsite IT support or network support.
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN .




Hands-on experience with networking equipment from Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet , or equivalent vendors.
Valid driver 's license and willingness totravel to customer sites.
Good command of English (mandatory) .
CCNA , CompTIA Network+ , or an equivalent networking certification.
Previous experience delivering IT support within retail stores or retail environments.
Flexible freelance engagement with on-demand assignments.
