This is our callingLet’s Talk about the RoleAs a Senior Accountant, you will report to the Local Finance Manager and work closely with both the Central Finance team and our Shared Service Center.You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and supporting the continuous improvement of accounting processes in a dynamic international environment.How You Will Make a DifferenceManage and review monthly financial reporting and support month-end and year-end closing activitiesPrepare statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors and external consultantsManage VAT returns (monthly and annual)
and ensure compliance with local regulationsPrepare Intrastat declarations and support tax calculationsCoordinate with external tax advisors and monitor tax deadlinesPerform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data accuracyContribute to process improvements and strengthening internal controlsSkills for SuccessYou will have a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldsA minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within an international environmentYou will demonstrate to possess a strong knowledge of Italian and US GAAP and local tax regulations (VAT, Intrastat, withholding taxes)A solid experience in financial reporting and audit processes, a good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skillsYou will be fluent in Italian and EnglishYou are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat’s in it for YouWe’re in the business of unleashing human potenti
