Job Overview The IAM Markets Coordination Manager acts as the link between the European Parts & Services organization and local IAM Managers in the G10 markets, ensuring that Independent Aftermarket (IAM) strategies are consistently deployed and executed across multiple countries. The role focuses on sales growth, market performance, pricing alignment, product portfolio management, and coordination of regional initiatives. Your Responsibilities * Coordinate IAM activities across European markets and National Sales Companies (NSCs). * Ensure alignment between regional aftermarket strategy and local execution. * Monitor sales, revenue, margin, and market-share performance. * Support deployment of Supplier Range, EUROREPAR, and other aftermarket product lines. * Coordinate with pricing, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and commercial teams. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. * Support Distrigo hubs and distributio
