What To Expect * Develop engineering concepts for mechanical components and assemblies within conventional and electrified powertrain systems * Create 3D CAD models and technical drawings using CATIA V5 * Ensure manufacturability, geometric integration, serviceability, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations * Coordinate with packaging, simulation, manufacturing, supplier,
and project teams * Perform design studies and evaluate alternative concepts * Support design reviews and technical discussions with customers and stakeholders * Manage changes and continuously improve component designs during development phases The Position May Involve The Design And Integration Of * Exhaust systems and exhaust components * Air intake systems and ducting * Cast housings for electric machines * Cast housings for power electronics units * Drive shafts and powertrain components * Plastic covers and protective components * Brackets, mounting systems, and structural parts * E-mobility and high-voltage related mechanical components What You Bring Along * Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive mechanical design * Proven experience in the independent development of at least one complex automotive component or assembly * Experience throughout the complete product development c
