Join our team in Lisbon as a Customer Support Specialist Italian Market and turn that dream into reality
We are looking for passionate, Italian-speaking professionals ready to provide world-class support in the home appliances industry .
If you're all about helping customers, solving problems, and delivering a 5 experience this could be your next adventure
Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries
Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
Stay up to date with new products & company updates
Fluent in Italian (C1C2) & good English (B2+)
Customer service experience is a plus




Ready for an on-site role in beautiful Lisbon
1,000/month base (×14 months) + 100 performance premio (×12 months)
~2,000 welcome bonus
