Product Manager – Machine Control (Excavation)

We're looking for an experienced Global Product Manager – Excavation Solutions to drive the strategy and development of our next generation of excavator machine control technologies.
This is more than a Product Management role. You'll influence product strategy on a global scale, collaborate with international teams, and turn customer challenges into innovative solutions used on construction sites around the world.

What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Topcon's Excavation product portfolio.
- Work closely with customers, dealers, and industry partners to understand market needs and identify new opportunities.
- Act as the key interface between Engineering, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Translate customer insights into product requirements and development priorities.
