IC Resources is assisting a Milan-based semiconductor company in identifying an Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Lead. The role blends hands-on design with technical leadership in a hybrid, Milan-based setting.
You will own silicon development from concept through tape-out, guiding verification and sign-off while collaborating with foundries and EDA partners. The position targets senior engineers with broad IC flow experience and a track record of delivering complex mixed-signal devices.
