- production and functional characterization of midbrain organoids differentiated from induced pluripotent stem cells carrying mutations in genes associated with Parkinson's disease;
- transduction of viral vectors and transfection of RNA degraders into the organoids to evaluate the rescue of the pathological phenotype.
