Document Controller– Spain, Milan – Initial 5-Month Contract – Data Centres

What you’ll do:
- Proactive Document Controller or Project Administrator with a proven track record supporting large-scale construction or data centre projects
- Responsible for managing commissioning documentation and ensuring all project records are accurately maintained and up to date
- Supporting updates of project trackers, registers, and documentation control systems
- Ensuring all commissioning documentation is correctly filed, controlled, and distributed in line with project requirements




- Supporting the commissioning team with general administrative and coordination activities

What you’ll need:
- Degree in mechanical or electrical fields
- Experience managing commissioning documentation and paperwork
- Experience updating and maintaining project trackersEnsuring all documentation is correctly filed and controlled
- Experience providing general administrative support to the commissioning team
- Liaising with project stakeholders to ensure documentation is submitted on time
