What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Data4.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts,



addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate smooth transitions from sales to implementation, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and advocate for product enhancements that align with client needs.
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively address potential risks to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement customer success plans tailored to each strategic account, outlining goals, milestones, and success criteria.
