As a Workday Integration & Extend Analyst:

You'll be part of a team of professionals who deliver more than just technology.

From rapid deployments to complete custom use-cases and transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

- Contributing to the design of Workday integrations, Extend custom Apps and use-cases and even work on SANA Enterprise with Senior colleagues with the ultimate goal to build custom IA Agents within the Workday HR Eco-system

- Collaborate with Integration Leads and Functional consultants in the design and development of integration solutions between Workday (for HR data/processes) and other client systems (including external systems like Payroll, Time and Identity Management)

- Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Integration domain, contributing to technical integration solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.

- Support workshops and discussions on topics in Workday Integration, Extend and Sana functionalities.

- Collaborate with juniors’ colleagues for joint development in the configuration of Workday and related testing.

- Ability to work in a diverse and disparate environment through the implementation.

Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations

- Actively supporting innovation
