Sharp Brains in Venezia is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support, manage office IT infrastructure, and assist with asset and project-based operations. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with remote teams and vendors.
You will handle provisioning, deployment, and decommissioning of equipment, keep asset records accurate, and support office moves and events to keep operations running
