IVECO Group is seeking a Field Technician & Customer Support Specialist for the AME region. The role combines on-site field engineering with strategic account management, delivering advanced technical support to dealers, workshops, and end customers while enabling direct sales opportunities across Africa and the Middle East.
You will travel extensively, partnering with Quality, Engineering and Product Support teams to diagnose complex issues and improve service performance.
