Kemin seeks a Regional Sourcing Manager - Proteins to lead sourcing of raw materials, packaging and CAPEX from local and international suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure on-time deliveries while monitoring market trends.
You will collaborate with Quality, Logistics, Operations and Finance, develop SOPs compliant with ISO/GMP, drive cost improvements, manage supplier risk, and travel up to 40% as needed.
