About the Role

Do you love Lecceand enjoy sharing its charm with travelers from around the world? Guydeez is looking for enthusiastic locals to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups. No professional guide license is required — just passion for your city, solid local knowledge, and the ability to create engaging and memorable experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Lead private walking tours for small groups of travelers (3-8 hours)
- Share engaging insights about Lecce'shistory, culture, and landmarks
- Adapt tours to guest interests, preferences, and pace
- Provide a warm, informative, and memorable experience
- _(Optional)_ Host food-focused or culinary tours for guests interested in local gastronomy

Who We’re Looking For




- Strong knowledge of Lecce'sneighborhoods, landmarks, and culture
- Fluency in at least one language is required (French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Portuguese, or others)
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident when hosting small groups
- Comfortable leading tours lasting 3-8 hours
- Previous guiding or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
- Passion for food and local culture is a bonus
