HalfPrice | Expansion Manager (f/m)

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development and execution of HalfPrice's market entry and expansion strategies.
- Conducting market research, competitor benchmarking, and location analysis to identify attractive expansion opportunities.
- Evaluating potential retail locations based on demographic, commercial, and financial criteria.
- Coordinating communication with landlords, real estate partners, developers, and external stakeholders.




- Supporting lease negotiation processes and preparing documentation related to new store openings.
- Preparing business cases, reports, presentations, and analytical materials for senior management.
- Monitoring market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Supporting multiple expansion projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and project objectives are achieved.
- Assisting in the continuous improvement of expansion processes and reporting standards.

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail expansion, business development, commercial real estate, or a similar role.:
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret market and financial data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
