ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Executiveto lead in the commercial expansion and closing strategic enterprise-level opportunities. This is a Highly autonomous role with direct responsibility for building pipeline, managing strategic accounts, and closing enterprise SaaS opportunities.
- Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel across Europe to meet clients and strategic stakeholders.
- Contractual Framework: Employment Contract.
- Annual quota: €1.5-2.0M ARR.
- Compensation: Base salary: €75,000, Target OTE: €200,000+ with Uncapped commission,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Market Development and Pipeline Generation
- Proactively develop new enterprise opportunities across Europe with an initial focus on DACH, Benelux, Nordics, UK, and multinational manufacturing accounts.
- Identify high-value opportunities aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (Plant Management, Operations, Manufacturing Excellence).
- Generate pipeline independently through strategic outbound, executive-level networking, referrals, industry events, and partner relationships.
- Execute account-based selling strategies targeting top brands in the manufacturing sector.

2. Enterprise Opportunity Management and Closing
- Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle (typically 6 to 12 months), from initial engagement (prospecting) through negotiation and contract signing.
