People Management: ASPs, Implementation Managers, Site supervisor, Integration SPOCs, Tuning and Optimization, Supplementary services, Customer Regional Engineers. E2 E responsible for planning to Site getting On-Air till Final acceptance. Excel skillset is must. (Analytical mindset to analyse the data) Good communicator and understands reporting Basic knowledge of project financials, Understands PO, OB, UM, Planned Costs & Budget. Flexibility to work as per the project schedule. Requirements RAN Modernization, Transmission roll out as a Project Manager with E2 E roll out responsibility. Project Management Experience: Past Experience: OEM experience is must, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE etc (All OEMs) Projects delivered in past to be listed in the resume, to cover the following parameter.
